Returns & refunds

Updated October 30, 2026

Canadian returns terms are being prepared

Online ordering is not yet available on this Canadian catalogue. The applicable return window, process, costs and refund timing will be published before checkout opens.

No order or payment is created here

Viewing a product or sending an enquiry does not place an order. Do not send goods to our registered office or a manufacturer without written return instructions from the store where you purchased them.

Planning a project?

Use our contact page to ask about a product or your intended application. An enquiry does not reserve stock or confirm a sale.
